An Update
So I have been going for over a month now and I’m down almost 20 lbs. Very proud of myself. I have learned how to cook a bigger variety of foods and tastes without sacrificing the healthy aspect of my diet. This is a huge success so far!! I can’t really get in a habit of blogging, mostly due to the fact that I don’t feel like I have anything to say that anyone cares to read. Oh well.
First Weigh In
Week 2 Starts
Starting out Week 2 Right!! Nice bowl of Kashi Autumn Wheat and a Banana this morning ![]()
Busy week this week will test my ability to eat 6 meals a day, but I’m up for the task!
Day 2
So today looks like a normal six meal diet:
Meal 1: 1 1/2 Egg Omelet (with onions), Wheat Toast
Meal 2: Skim Milk
Meal 3: Low Sodium Turkey with Wheat Bread, and Apple
Meal 4: Carrots
Meal 5: Grilled Chicken and Broccoli (leftovers)
Meal 6: Skim Milk
Today will also consist of a 40 min walk before dinner.

First Dinner!
Wow! First workout back was rough. Joe pushed me and we got through it. Dinner looks tasty though.
